Statement of Copyright, License and Warranty

All materials in the Annabec, Inc. manuals and on all storage media are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced or used as text material or for another use by the purchaser or his successors or assigns either within or without their organizations without the express written consent of Annabec, Inc. All rights are reserved.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ANNABEC, INC. CAREFULLY READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO USING THE HoursClocked SERIES. USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE HoursClocked SERIES.

Annabec, Inc. grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, nonassignable and nontransferable license (the "License") to use the HoursClocked series (the "Software") on any machine(s) of which you are the primary user. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the associated written materials (the "Documentation") is expressly forbidden. You may not sub license, assign or transfer this License or the Software except as permitted by Annabec, Inc. Any attempt to sub license, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations renders this License void. Solely for your own backup purposes, you may make a single copy of the Software in the same form as provided to you. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any notice, copyright, or other proprietary rights in the Software.

Annabec, Inc. has made reasonable checks of the Software to confirm that it will perform in normal use on compatible equipment substantially as described in the then-current specifications for the Software. However, due to the inherently complex nature of computer software, Annabec, Inc. does not warrant that the Software or the Documentation is completely error free, will operate without interruption, is compatible with all equipment and software configurations, or will otherwise meet your needs.

ACCORDINGLY, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE. ANNABEC, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR THE DOCUMENTATION, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY OR INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION BY APPLICABLE LAW. TO THAT EXTENT, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF 30 DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL ANNABEC, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF INCOME, USE, OR INFORMATION. AS YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, you may return to Annabec, Inc. the original copies of the Software and Documentation, along with proof of purchase (if you purchased the Software alone or in combination with any other software) and any backup copies, for replacement provided the return is completed within 30 days following delivery to you. A completely functional demonstration version of the HoursClocked series is available free of charge:

This version is offered as a vehicle for you to determine the worthiness and the suitability of the program to your particular use.

You may not:
* permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
* modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),
* or create derivative works based on the Software;
* rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer,
* rights to the Software; or
* remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

If any part of this agreement is inconsistent with your local laws and regulations please do not purchase the application or, if purchased, return to Annabec, Inc. the original copies of the Software and Documentation, along with proof of purchase (if you purchased the Software alone or in combination with any other software) and any backup copies, for replacement provided the return is completed within 30 days following delivery to you.
